Wisst Ihr das die Vitamine im Gemüse Tumorzellen hemmen sollen. Auch Arterienverkalkung soll es vorbeugen.
Deswegen Gemüse nur kurz erhitzen und nicht tot kochen.
Auch rohes Gemüse sollte man immer wieder einplanen.
